Seeking National Trainer (Contract/Instructor)
Employment Type: Contract / Independent Instructor
Location: Nationwide (initial expansion in 10 states)
Position Overview
We are seeking highly qualified and motivated trainers to join our expanding team. Trainers will deliver courses across diverse fields, including Early Childhood Education, Real Estate, ServSafe, CPR, Accreditation Readiness, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Assistant, Notary, and more.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about adult learning, professional development, and nationwide workforce impact.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Doctorate degree preferred.
Certifications: Must hold specialized certifications or be willing to seek in the area(s) of instruction ( CDA, CLASS, Real Estate License, ServSafe Instructor/Proctor, CPR Instructor, CNA/Medical Assistant Certification, etc.).
Experience: Prior teaching, training, or workforce development experience preferred.
Training & Requirements
All trainers must be willing to:
Complete PCTN’s internal training on IACET standards, adult learning styles, and best practices in instructional delivery. Participate in orientation sessions and professional development to ensure training consistency across states. Purchase a Trainer Kit, which includes essential teaching resources, materials, and PCTN-branded tools to deliver courses effectively.
Expansion Goals
PCTN is building training hubs across 10 states nationwide as part of its strategic growth initiative. Trainers will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of this expansion, with potential assignments across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction in designated subject areas.
Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation in compliance with IACET standards.
Collaborate with PCTN leadership to ensure program excellence and continuous improvement.
Represent PCTN professionally while fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and workforce development.
