All course material associated with courses is subject to copyright laws and protections. These materials are intended for the viewing of only those students enrolled in our courses and only for the time during which they are enrolled. The contents of our courses are not to be copied or shared. Because instructional materials on the course website are sometimes copyrighted, students may not download materials on the course website to their personal desktops, laptops, or PDAs. Students, please do not alter or distribute any materials on the course site without clear terms and permission to do so. We do not own the CDA trademarks and do not advertise any of their material and trademarks as PCTN's own intellectual property. Student Information Privacy Policy
Prosperity Childcare Training Network will only release students’ information and transcripts including passing or failing courses, and certificate status, to student and state authorities as requested. Please be advised that all requests are to be put in writing. To maintain fairness and the highest level of integrity, the Authorization to Release form with student signature, scan, email, or mail to us will only grant permission for release to other persons.
Consumer Data Privacy Policy
Prosperity Childcare Training Network has a bold commitment and respect for our visitor’s policy. The following information disclosure for information gathering and dissemination practices for this website. Information collected is never sold, rented, loaned, or given to a third party for any reason. All information submitted is considered confidential and secured and will not be disclosed to anyone except under a subpoena in a court of law. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart and our shopping cart uses cookies to track your shopping cart, both of which are used only for the ordering process. Our shopping cart uses an order form for Consumers to request information, products, and services. Prosperity CTN collects visitors’ contact information including e-mail addresses and financial information (ex: credit card numbers). Consumer’s contact information from the order form is used to send reminders and paid orders to consumers. The consumers’ contact information is used for communicating with our consumers on potential or purchased material-related concerns. Throughout the year, our company sends promotional material through the U.S. Postal Service to the address a customer provides. Any materials, publications, processes, or related works developed by the instructors, contractors, content editor, or early childhood authors outside the scope of work and agreements with Prosperity CTN, which has been used by its author in training developed for Prosperity CTN, shall be owned by the author who developed it. For example, by putting their authored material in Prosperity CTN training, the author provides Prosperity CTN with a non‐exclusive license for the materials as to its use and distribution.
The author grants Prosperity CTN permission to:
copy, reproduce, publish, and distribute the materials in all print and other formats (including but not limited to online publication via Prosperity CTN’s website, and distribution at future Prosperity CTN programs and conferences).
reprint materials for distribution.
make materials available for purchase and distribution after a continuing education and training event.
The author represents and warrants that the materials do not violate or infringe on any personal or property rights of others, whether common law or statutory; the materials contain nothing false or otherwise contrary to law; and that they are authorized to grant the license and release to Prosperity CTN.
Prosperity CTN agrees to provide all parties (instructors, presenters, etc..) with appropriate authorship credit as applicable and acknowledgment every time there is a print published or republished, as well as require authorized sub‐licensees if any, to also provide appropriate authorship credit and acknowledgments. Prosperity CTN agrees that any grant of rights does not constitute a transfer of copyright and that the presenter remains free to present the materials or revised versions elsewhere.
Proprietary Interest
Prosperity CTN understands the need of high-quality educational opportunities. Therefore, we have created a high-quality education and training roadmap that involves providing learning materials and educational opportunities for all. With our roadmap, the course events are created by the instructors of Prosperity CTN. All material is identifiable by the copyright symbol displayed on all material. The resources, data, videos, and photos that identify the ideas, work, or thoughts of industry experts are used and presented with the proper references and identified as references. Instructors and developers who work to create or present educational materials for Prosperity CTN have no vested or proprietary interest in the instructional materials or events. Instructors and developers who work to create or present educational materials for Prosperity CTN are asked and required to disclose in writing any vested or proprietary interests in pre-established content or content created prior to the engagement with Prosperity CTN for transparency and plagiarism conflict of interest. All content and course events created on behalf of or in collaboration with Prosperity CTN after the time of hire or assignment remains the sole proprietary interest and concern of Prosperity CTN in perpetuity. All course events created Prosperity CTN is the sole interest of Prosperity CTN, wherein Prosperity CTN all proprietary interests, including royalties or profits from the promotion of or endorsement of all course materials and course events.

Academic integrity is rooted in our fundamental values, which include honesty, respect, and fairness. We clearly defined, that academic honesty is the completion of all academic endeavors and claims of educational knowledge as the authenticity of one’s own efforts. Knowledge and maintenance of the academic standards of honesty and integrity as set forth by the Network are the responsibility of the entire academic community, including the instructional trainers, management, and students.

You agree to indemnify and do not hold Prosperity CTN LLC, officers, owners, employees, agents, subsidiaries, parents, and affiliates, from and against any and all liability, losses, claims, demands, disputes, damages, and costs of any kind, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney fees and costs of litigation resulting from or in any way connected with the following: Your use of the Web Site or any Content, Your breach of the Agreement or any law, rule or regulation; and Your connection to the Web Site.
