How do I apply for a Childcare or Certified Nursing Program?

Students can fill out the application form online or complete the paper application by clicking on the ENROLL button.

How do I change my name on my PCTN account?

To change your name in our system you must provide Prosperity CTN with a copy of legal documentation showing the name changed. Acceptable forms of legal documentation include a copy of your marriage license (if recently married) or a page from the divorce decree showing you reclaimed your maiden name (if recently divorced). If you have legally changed your name through the court system, a copy of the documentation from the court showing your current and former name is required. Please email all this information to info@leadersinchildcareeducations.com.

How can I get an official copy of my Prosperity CTN transcript?

Students may log in to their accounts and print off a transcript inside their dashboard. If a student is no longer active, they may request a copy in writing and send it to the email info@prosperityctn.com

How can I authorize someone (other than myself) to obtain information on the status of my certificate program of study?

We respect your privacy. Personal information provided to Prosperity CTN is used solely for the purpose of administering online certificate and professional development programs as outlined in your Terms and Agreements and in connection with reporting to state and federal agencies. PCTN will not share any information about you or your certificate programs of study with anyone without a completed and signed PCTN Authorization to Release Information form. Students may request in writing a copy of PCTN’s Authorization to Release Information form.

What is Prosperity CTN's refund policy?

Drop/Refund Policy- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Student shall not be entitled to any partial or full refund or abatement of any Program Fees paid or payable before or after termination or completion of the Program or Services for any reason. If a student drops a course it is at the student's will. No Refunds!

I am unable to enroll online. Is there another way I can enroll?

Students can download a paper application to complete it. The application can be sent to email info@leadersinchildcareeducations.com Students may also access the student handbook by downloading it here.

Is Prosperity Childcare Training Network accredited?

Yes, we are accredited by IACET.

How is online learning at Prosperity CTN different?

We offer courses and training that provide an opportunity to gain experience, knowledge, and profit.

Do I need to own a computer?

Yes, all students will need a computer and high-speed internet services.

Is an email address required to register?

Yes, students are required to have an email of their choice and set a password for login security.

Can I access my courses from any computer?

Yes, students may access courses from any computer

What is my user name and password?

Students’ user name will be their personal email. A temporary password will be emailed to the student to change at any time.

Can I share my account with another teacher?

No, student accounts are created for one user.

How do I apply for Prosperity CTN professional development courses?

Students may click the enroll button  located on the website or fill out a paper application.

Are scholarships available to pay for my courses?

Scholarship funds may be available in your state. For more information, refer to TEACH. Prosperity CTN does not administer scholarship programs.

What are the minimum requirements to enroll in Prosperity CTN programs?

The minimum requirement is a GED.

Am I required to purchase textbooks?

Yes, textbooks are required for the CDA, CNA, and Life Essential Skill coursework. Students may purchase the books from the CDA Council website and the Nursing textbook through a link provided by the instructor on the syllabus.

Is the cost of textbooks included in my Course of Study Program tuition?

No, all textbooks are sold separately.

How do I order a textbook for my Childcare or Certified Nursing Program?

Students may purchase textbook books through the CDA Council website, or the Nursing website, or purchase from a trainer through Prosperity CTN customer service.

Can I begin my Childcare or Certified Nursing Program before I receive my textbooks?

Yes, however all students are expected to purchase a textbook.

How will I submit my completed Childcare or Certified Nursing Program coursework?

Coursework will be submitted through the student online account in the LMS, or the email provided by your trainer on the course syllabus.

Does a course need to be completed before I log out?

No, students may start, stop, or begin a course where they left off.

After I complete a course, how do I get a certificate of completion?

At the completion of each course, a completed certificate will be automatically generated.
