Please Read Carefully!

After you purchase the course please follow the instructions below.

 

1. Scroll down to the bottom of the website and click on enroll. Then choose the CDA application and syllabus to download. You will need to fill out the application and submit it with your ID and Social Security Card to our admin at pctnstudents@gmail.com. 

2. Once your account is created and your payment is completed usually within 24 to 48 hours; our Chief of Admin will contact you for the admission and submission review process along with the student application and handbook acknowledgment forms. The admin will also discuss the times and slots we have available for the courses you have chosen. It is NOT until then you will be able to choose your start date.  

3. After all of this information is completed, you will be officially registered for the course. Then you will see your courses appear in your student profile. A  private Zoom link will be emailed out to all students for orientation before the start date usually by noon Tuesday or Wednesday.

4. Please note until all of the steps have been completed and payment has been received, you will not be officially registered for the course and orientation. We offer orientation every Wednesday at 6:30 pm EST.

Here is a checklist to use while taking courses.

* Stay Organized

*Get in a quiet area and please do not have others in the background or noise.

*All cell phones need to be on silent or turned off.

*Please mute them for online session

*Follow the Syllabus

*Turn in all your work on-time

Please follow the online tips below to help improve your success rate:

Choose the best time for you.
Find the right room for you and your equipment needs.
Make (and follow) your timeline that follows the course.
Show up on time.
Know what you're responsible for. (You must DO THE WORK!)
Mute yourself when you're not speaking in a video conference.
Pay attention
Have a good posture.
Share the conversation.
Speak loudly and clearly.
No eating or drinking (besides water or coffee).
Ask questions at the appropriate time.
Follow up with required deliverables and feedback with your concerns if there are some.
